Uploaded some 8 months after the trip (which took place in October 2011), because I hadn’t found the time to sort out the photos I took on this trip to my liking. This was a family trip to London – quite definitely one of my favourite cities.

We went in autumn – October to be precise – which is supposed to be a rather brave choice for visiting the UK. But in the end we didn’t have much more than 30 minutes of light drizzle to deal with. Aside from that one brief spell of drizzle we actually had mainly sun during this trip.

The pictures were taken in the streets, of the Changing of the Guard & Changing of the Horseguard, from the London Eye, in Kew Gardens, in the Tower of London, in the British Museum, and in the Victoria & Albert museum.
